We deliver anywhere in Canada.
Generally, 2 business days throughout Ontario and Quebec, and 3 to 5 business days in the rest of Canada.
There is no minimum order amount required. Order 2 cases or more and receive free delivery. For certain remote areas, an additional fee may apply.
You have 15 days after receipt to return your items.
Yes. We accommodate all order volumes, whether it is a single case or a regular supply for a large company.

Products & Quality
Absolutely. We offer customization with your logo, promotional messages, QR codes, or security options to strengthen your brand.
Thermal paper reacts to heat. To test it, lightly scratch the paper with a hard object, for example your fingernail. If a dark mark appears, it is a thermal roll. If not, it is bond paper.
We offer single-ply rolls (1 copy), multi-copy rolls (carbonless), as well as thicker options to help your brand stand out and ensure better image retention, also ideal for delivery. We help you choose based on your printer and your needs.
Measure the paper width your printer accepts, often 57 mm, 80 mm, etc., the core diameter, and the roll length. If you are unsure, contact us with your printer model.
No problem. We also offer special sizes and custom solutions. Simply provide your device specifications and we will guide you toward the most suitable roll.
Yes. We offer ink ribbons compatible with most bond paper printers. Our agents can help you choose the right model for your printer and your needs.
